Friends of Torrens Island – Monthly Working Bees

Working bees are held the last Sunday of each month (except December) and start about 10:00am and finish around 2:00pm.

On days where the temperature forecast is over 32oC then it’s a 9 am start

Bring along your lunch to picnic amongst the casuarinas, or in one of the historic buildings.

Closed toe shoes & long pants are recommended. Remember to slip, slop, slap

Access is via AGL security gate, they must be advised you are planning to attend by the Friday before the working bee, or you may not be allowed onto the island.

We welcome members & non-members, as well as other local organisations to come along.
